James Roswell (Ross) Quinn
Ross is a well-respected motivator and leader, international keynote speaker, leadership trainer, author, and success coach. Quinn's seminars go well beyond typical motivational speeches and workshops, as his leading-edge human development technology empowers people to overcome Fear-Based reactions and to identify and change their non-productive behaviors to become truly successful in all areas of their lives.
Since 1979, Ross has made more than 1500 presentations to over 150,000 people all over the world, including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, the Middle East, and Thailand. His corporate clients include Remax, State Farm Insurance, Boise Cascade, and Walt Disney.
Ross is also the author of "The Love-Based Leader" as well as "Controlling Others For Love and Profit", in addition to "Speaking Of Success", with co-authors Steven Covey ("7 Habits"), Jack Canfield ("Chicken Soup") and others. Ross has also produced an eight-CD audio seminar that captures the essence of his leadership trainings called "Get Over Yourself".
Ross graduated from University of Southern California. Prior to becoming a LifeResults facilitator, he was the Director of Marketing for Van De Kamp's Bakery Products in Los Angeles. He and his wife Christine live on a beautiful lake outside of Chicago.

James has facilitated workshops and seminars for LifeResults since 2003, including both the Basic and Advanced/IPI courses. A dynamic and versatile presenter, James is also a corporate CPR and First Aid trainer, who consistently delivers energetic, humourous, entertaining, and informative classes.
James earned his Honours Bachleor of Arts degree in 1997 from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University, majoring in English and Philosophy, with a minor in Sociology. With a flair for writing and poetry, James authored an article that was published in an international magazine, distributed in over 100 countries and translated into 4 languages. James is now writing a book of his own verse for future publication.
A member of Toastmasters International since September 2005, James has won several awards for speech-giving and impromptu speaking. James has participated in club, area, division and district competitions, winning the Division D International Speech Competition in 2008 and placing 2nd in the District 86 Humorous Speech contest in 2009.
James is the father of four children and also proudly wears the title of Grandpa. He lives just outside of Toronto with his partner, Shasa, whom he met during his Toastmaster experiences. Delivering the LifeResults Seminar is an example of how James continues to make his impact through both living and sharing the powerfully transformational tools found in the LifeResults classes.
Danielle M. Dehm
Danielle (Danny) Dehm is an established member of the educational community in the Rochester region. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from St. Bonaventure University, an M.S. in Learning and Behavioral Disorders from SUNY Buffalo, a C.A.S. in Educational Administration from SUNY Brockport, and is currently a doctoral candidate in the Ed.D. Executive Leadership program at St. John Fisher College. In addition, she completed the Superintendent Development Program through SUNY Oswego.
After teaching kindergarten in the Batavia City School District for ten years, she became the Assistant Principal at Victor Primary School for the next five before taking on the role of Principal, holding that position for 19 years before retiring a year ago. She was the Victor Administrator and Supervisor Association (VASA) President for 12 years. In addition, she served as the Region 11 representative on the School Administrators’ Association of New York State (SAANYS) Board for 12 years, four of which included membership on the Executive Committee. She also served on the Genesee Valley Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (GVASCD) Board for six years.
In her role as an Adjunct Professor in the Educational Administration Department at SUNY Oswego for the past 13 years, Danny has influenced hundreds of aspiring leaders throughout the Wayne-Finger Lakes Region. She currently teaches a six-credit course each fall titled Foundations of Administration, a three-credit course each spring titled Organizational Change, and is a member of the Program Advisory Council. Over the past years she also taught Supervision, The Principalship, and the Intern Seminar course.
Danny has coached and mentored many area leaders through her work with SAANYS, University of Rochester, as well as individual districts who have sought her expertise. Past recognitions include the SAANYS McClelland Award, the Region 11 Elementary Principal of the Year Award, the NYS Elementary Principal of the Year Award, and finalist for the Victor Chamber of Commerce Women of Excellence Jikohnsaseh Award.
In addition, Danny is currently the Summer LEAP Program Director at West Irondequoit, a member of the Board of Directors for LifeResults, host for the Settlers of Catan Rochester Tournament, and an avid reader and traveler.
Fred Dewey is a veteran CEO and entrepreneur who rapidly grows or turns around businesses in an orderly and efficient manner. After being instrumental in the turnaround and high growth of two companies, Portal Software (now a $1 Billion dollar division of Oracle), and Complemar (a large order processing and fulfillment center), Fred has shifted his attention to teaching individuals and companies how to use the LifeResults tools to generate much higher levels of success and happiness. He has been a LifeResults Facilitator since 2010, has produced or led more than 50 of its seminars, was President of LifeResults for 10 years and is still an active member of the LifeResults board of directors. He is the co-founder of Emotional Intelligence At Work which is the workplace version of LifeResults, as well as his consulting practice Alive! 9 to 5 which teaches businesses how to achieve success via very happy and engaged employees and customers.
