LifeResults is a nonprofit organization. Our mission is to create environments of greater awareness and to teach tools for mindfulness, empowerment, and intentionality so people can live their personal vision. These documents are designed to be clear and honest about how we operate, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LifeResults website, programs, events, and digital resources. By accessing our website or registering for any LifeResults program, you agree to these Terms.

1. About LifeResults

LifeResults is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our programs include experiential personal growth workshops (including the CORE weekend), community events (LIRA), digital resources, and email programming (LIFT). We operate with the mission of helping individuals live more intentionally, mindfully, and fully.

2. Use of Our Website and Digital Resources

You may use our website and digital resources for personal, non-commercial purposes. By using our site, you agree not to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell any LifeResults content without written permission

  • Use our platform for unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm others

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or data

  • Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content

 

LifeResults reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any individual who violates these terms.

3. Program Registration & Enrollment

When you register for a LifeResults program or event, you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18), and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Scholarships and sliding-scale pricing are available for CORE workshops. Please contact us directly if cost is a barrier to participation — we are committed to accessibility.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before a program begin date are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future program.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before a program begin date are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future program.

  • Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before a program begin date are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or applied as a future credit.

  • LifeResults reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will receive a full refund or transfer option.

5. Program Conduct & Community Standards

LifeResults is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all participants. By attending any LifeResults program or event, you agree to:

  • Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect and dignity

  • Honor the privacy and confidentiality of other participants

  • Engage honestly and in good faith with the program content and community

  • Follow the guidance of LifeResults facilitators during programs

 

LifeResults reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with our community values.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the LifeResults website and in our programs — including written materials, guided meditations, videos, curriculum, exercises, and tools — is the intellectual property of LifeResults. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

The LifeResults name, logo, and program names (including CORE, LIRA, and LIFT) are trademarks of LifeResults. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LifeResults programs and resources are designed for personal growth and educational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or medical care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek help from a licensed professional.

LifeResults makes no warranties, express or implied, about the outcomes of its programs. Individual results vary and depend on each participant's commitment and circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeResults and its staff, facilitators, volunteers, and board members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs, use of our website, or reliance on our content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website or participation in programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which LifeResults is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
