What actions can I take on a daily basis, even if only small ones, that will contribute to world peace? One thing I can do is cultivate a spirit of inner peace that includes kindness and love toward myself. Music and songs help us cultivate inner peace, as well as bringing our collective awareness to the larger issue of world peace.
How do we go about becoming more grateful? We can make a lot of progress by simply becoming more aware of the present moment, the life that we are living that is right in front of us.
